
Overview
The Tourism & Hospitality course will give you the ability to communicate effectively within the tourism industry where English language skills are essential for success.
You will learn the specialized language skills you will need in tourism and hospitality fields, acquiring the necessary vocabulary, writing skills and communication practices when dealing with clients or colleagues.
Who should attend?
This course is designed to help train the following hotel staff: hotel management, hotel reception, concierges, housekeeping, restaurant staff, tour guides, and most other hotel staff positions.

- A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the course.

Course Structure
Tourism is divided into three levels: Provision, Encounters, and Management. Each of these levels develops the vocabulary, language, and skills that students will need to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, whether working in an administrative or managerial role.

Purpose | Addresses the areas of tourism related to the creation, promotion, and selling of typical tourism products, such as flights and package holidays.

Presents students with the English they need for face-to-face contact with tourists and holidaymakers.

Covers the language needed to discuss and work with tourism issues at a basic managerial level.
